Britannia Elite is built on a simple principle: world-class training can only be delivered by world-class professionals. Every instructor on our team has been selected for their operational experience, instructional ability, integrity, and proven record in demanding environments.
Our instructors bring between 5 and 35 years of British Army experience, including participation in overseas operations, multinational training missions, complex security tasks, and the management of personnel in high-pressure environments. Their background ensures that every lesson taught is grounded not in theory, but in practical reality.
Beyond the British Army, our training cadre includes veterans of the UK Special Forces, Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, and UK Armed Police, alongside professionals from UK Fire and Rescue services, the paramedic and nursing sectors, and the international private security industry. Many have served as Close Protection operators, Oil & Gas security specialists, or in specialist units that work in remote and challenging theatres.
To support our global learners, we also include international educational specialists and retired senior police officers. These professionals ensure students understand not only the skills, but also the cultural, legal, and ethical frameworks of the regions in which they may deploy.
Many of our instructors have supported or advised government agencies, NGOs, multinational organisations, and the United Nations. Several are decorated for distinguished service, bringing a legacy of recognised excellence to their instruction. Their specialist fields include weapons handling, communications, counter-terrorism, medical response, trauma management, C-IED awareness, operational planning, and leadership.
Every instructor is a professionally qualified educator, holding AET Level 3, CAVA Level 3, or mainstream teaching credentials. This ensures that every lesson is delivered with clarity, professionalism and an understanding of modern adult learning methodologies.
In the security and defence sector, confidentiality is essential. For this reason, Britannia Elite does not publish the identities, photographs, or operational histories of its instructors on any public platform. This method is consistent with the practices of all reputable security and hostile-environment training providers worldwide.
